The unit plan is not popular in my internship school. Most of the departments will not have it except the English Department. English teachers will review the school year's objectives and the textbook materials to make a monthly plan. Although the monthly objective is initially ambiguous, teachers will modify the plan once a week. After many meetings, I have finalised the weekly plans and hope teachers can use these in the following academic year.
